Dotty Bingo is one of three near-identical bingo sites run under Broadway Gaming Limited's own licence, account 39075, rather than the Irish company that operates most of the group's brands. The sites share an offer, a set of terms and a games library; what differs is the name and the colour scheme.

Its bingo is the reason to be here. The rooms are busy in a way that matters: when I looked at the Jackpot Room it had 277 players waiting, a prize pot of £1,750 and a progressive jackpot running alongside. A room with that many people in it is playing for real money, and that is not something a quieter site can manufacture.

Welcome offer

Deposit £10 and you get a 100% bingo bonus, up to £100. It is a true match, so the amount scales with what you pay in, up to that ceiling.

The terms, which are tighter than the group's other sites

Four conditions sit on this offer and none of them is unusual on its own. Together they make it considerably more demanding than the bonuses at the operator's sister brands, so they are worth setting out plainly.

The bonus can only be played on bingo. The qualifying deposit has to come from a debit card, with e-wallets excluded. You have 48 hours from registering to claim it. And once claimed, the bonus expires after two days, which is the shortest window I have come across anywhere in this group, where five days is the norm.

Wagering is 3x on bingo and 10x on casino play, both inside the legal maximum that has applied since 19 January 2026. Game weighting also applies, which means not every pound staked counts in full towards clearing the bonus: bingo tickets typically count fully, other games at a fraction.

What that means in practice

Work the numbers before you claim rather than after. A £100 bonus from a £100 deposit needs £300 of bingo staked at three times, and it needs it inside two days. That is a great deal of bingo in a weekend.

The sensible reading is that the headline is not the number to plan around. Deposit what you were going to play anyway, treat the bonus as a cushion on that play, and accept that the ceiling exists for people whose habits are nothing like yours. An offer you cannot realistically clear is worth what you can clear of it, not what it advertises.

Games and community

Over 300 slots and casino games alongside the bingo, from suppliers including Pragmatic Play and Eyecon. That is a modest library and it was my only real criticism before. It remains fair, and it remains something most bingo players will not mind.

The loyalty side is generous, with tokens, free spins and deposit bonuses running regularly, and the chat rooms are the part people stay for.

Paying in

The welcome bonus requires a debit card, so if an e-wallet is your usual method you will need to fund the account another way to qualify. That is the single most common reason people find themselves without a bonus they thought they had claimed.

Support

Support has been a strength here, which is worth flagging because it is the standing weakness across the wider group. What I would add is a general note about judging an operator by how it handles criticism: nothing puts me off faster than a company that answers a complaint with petulance, or accuses the person complaining of lying or working for a competitor. Read a few operator replies to bad reviews before you judge any site's support, here or anywhere.

The operator's record

The licence is held by Broadway Gaming Limited, account 39075, licensed in Britain since November 2014.

On 5 December 2017 this company agreed a £100,000 penalty package with the Gambling Commission for misleading advertising. Adverts on five of its sites failed to state the significant terms attached to them, after the Advertising Standards Authority upheld a complaint in June 2016 about an advert offering "Deposit £10. Play £35" without communicating the conditions.

The Commission's public register shows no regulatory actions against this licence, which is exactly why that settlement is worth stating: penalties of this kind are published as statements rather than recorded on the actions tab, and public statements are only kept online for three years.

Three sites, one product

Worth being direct about this, because it affects how you should shop. These three brands run the same offer on the same terms with the same games under the same licence. Holding accounts at all of them gets you the same welcome bonus three times, which is the point of operating a family like this, and it is entirely legitimate.

What it means for you is that comparing them against each other is wasted effort. The only real question is whether this product suits you at all. If the two-day expiry and the debit card rule work for how you play, any of the three will do. If they do not, none of them will, and a sister brand on the group's other licence gives you five days and accepts e-wallets.

Dotty Bingo review summary

Four out of five, down from five, and the reason is the terms rather than the site.

The bingo, the community and the support are as good as they were. What has tightened is the offer: a two day expiry, a 48 hour claim window, a debit card requirement and game weighting on top of the wagering. Any one of those would be unremarkable. Together they make a £100 headline considerably harder to reach than it looks, and a top mark is no longer something I can defend.

It suits a regular bingo player who will deposit by card and play properly within the first couple of days. It suits you less if you want a large games library, or if you claim bonuses and come back to them later, because this one will be gone.
