At first glance, Bumble Bingo didn’t exactly lure me with its theme. It’s a little bold and in-your-face. It also looks like it could have been created on MS Paint circa 2001. To be fair, a lot of online casinos look like that these days and it likely has more to do with the process and operator demands than the work of the designer, but still, it needs work.

Ignoring the colour scheme—which is by no means easy—Bumble Bingo promises a sizeable welcome bonus and stacks of games. It also has the backing of the Broadway Gaming Group, a brand that has appeared numerous times on Bingo Paradise and has become a common sight since it took over most of 888’s domains.

Welcome Bonus

£30 bingo bonus, 30 free spins, and a spin of the Bumble Wheel—all of this is up for grabs when you join Bumble Bingo as a new player and deposit at least £10. The bingo bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 4x while the free spins are fixed to the Enchanted Prince slot, with all winnings subject to a 35x wagering requirement.

The most you can win from this bonus is £100, along with the initial bonus funds.

As for the Bumble Wheel, it is a prize wheel filled with a number of rewards. It’s a game of chance, and you have the same odds of landing on any segment of the wheel. If you like this sort of thing, be sure to check out some of my Jumpman Gaming reviews, including Rocket Bingo and Rocket Slots, as prize wheel and prize reel promotions are commonplace over there.

During the wagering period, slots, scratch cards, and a few other games will count 100% toward the wagering requirement. However, roulette, blackjack, video poker, and hi-lo games don’t count for anything. Check the bonus terms and conditions for updated details on the wagering period.

Bumble Bingo has a Star Rewards program, a type of loyalty scheme that gives you numerous rewards (including free spins and bonus credits) for staying active on the site. The rewards are dished out every Monday, so check your Bumble Bingo account around this time to see if there is anything waiting for you.

Bumble Bingo

Slots and Other Games

The Bumble Bingo games room has a varied selection of slots, table games, and live casino games, but it’s far from the biggest. There are new games added monthly, but the same could be said for most other reputable casinos and it’s a little lacking when compared to the likes of Foxy Games.

Still, maybe that’s to be expected, as it clearly focuses more on bingo games. These games come courtesy of the famous Dragonfish software, one that has been behind many of the web’s best bingo sites, so it’s not short on action. The chat rooms are always active, there is no shortage of players, and you can play for big prizes from morning until night. The casino also keeps things interesting by adding some seasonal games and promotions into the mix.

Banking Options and Customer Support

Bumble Bingo accepts Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Withdrawals are fast, but they don’t seem to be instant.

Customer support is somewhat limited. The site encourages you to email them but note that it can take up to 3 business days to get a response, which is far too long. They also note that this could extend to between 5 and 7 days during busy periods. There is a live chat option if you’d prefer something quicker, but it’s only available in the afternoon.

Also, live chat is limited to members only, with access provided through the game lobby once you have logged in. I understand why sites do this, as I am sure they would get a lot of spam and nuisance requests otherwise. But it doesn’t bode well for the players who forget their login details and have issues resetting, as well as those who can’t log in because of a site error. In such cases, you’ll just have to send an email and wait several days.

Verdict: Bumble Bingo Review

Bumble Bingo is everything that I have come to expect from the Broadway Gaming Group. It’s a site that goes heavy on the bingo games but falls short with the slot machines, a site that stacks the bonuses high, but targets casual players much more than high rollers.

After all, if you typically deposit hundreds at a time, it’s unlikely you’ll be chomping at the bit to get at a promotion that’s capped at £30. In fact, as far as this bonus is concerned, it doesn’t matter if you deposit £10, £100, or £1,000—you get the same return regardless.

That’s great news for casual players though, and they usually make up the bulk of these Dragonfish bingo sites.

The only other issue I have with the site is the customer support. It’s professional, sure, but it’s slow and limited. What’s more, if you’re not a member, you could be left twiddling your thumbs for several days as you wait for a reply.
