BingoStars has changed hands since we last looked at it. The site is now operated by Solaya Group Limited of Finsbury House, 32 Line Wall Road, Gibraltar, licensed in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account 100050. Its previous operator, Dazzletag Entertainment Limited, has surrendered its British licences, so the company behind the brand is not the one named in older reviews, including ours.

What has not changed is the look. It is bright, bold and busy in a way that suits bingo, the thumbnails are large and the jackpot totals run across the page, and the whole thing feels more dynamic than the template it shares with its sister site.

Welcome Offer

The offer is 40 free spins, and the site states it like this:

Significant Terms: New players only. 18+. UK only. Minimum deposit £10 and £10 stake on slot games required. 40 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza credited automatically. Free spins value £0.10 each. Free spins expire 48 hours after crediting. No wagering on free spins, winnings paid as cash.

Read the last sentence twice, because it is the whole point. No wagering, and winnings paid as cash. Whatever those 40 spins return is money in your balance that you can withdraw, not bonus credit you then have to play through at some multiple. The 10x cap is the legal ceiling and plenty of operators treat it as a target; this one does not apply a multiplier at all.

The spins are 10p each, so the set carries £4 of stake for a £10 deposit, which is small in isolation. What makes it worth having is that £4 of genuinely free play can turn into withdrawable money, where a bigger-looking offer with a multiplier attached usually cannot.

Two conditions to note. The £10 is a deposit and a stake, so the money has to go through slots before the spins land, and once credited the spins last 48 hours. Claim them when you have an evening to use them.

Promotions

The offers keep coming after the welcome spins: Drops and Wins campaigns, jackpot games, reload promotions and further free spin offers, plus a headline game with a six-figure prize pot.

I would not put it on the same level as the sites where there seems to be something free available every time you log in, and the loyalty side is the thinner part of the operation. But there is enough running that the promotions page is worth a look before you deposit.

What is missing is a published ladder. There is no tiered scheme setting out what regular play earns you, so what you are offered depends on how you play rather than on anything you can read in advance and plan around. That is increasingly how the whole market works, and it is still less useful than a scheme you can see.

Bingo Rooms and Games

This is a bingo site with a proper slots lobby attached rather than a slots site with a bingo tab, which is the right way round for the name.

The bingo rooms are the busier half and the community in them is a genuine draw: the chat is active, which is the difference between a bingo site and a lonely one. The jackpot games are prominent and the figures on display are real money rather than decoration.

On the slots side the catalogue covers the studios British players look for, with the big-name titles present and the categories sensibly ordered. What is missing, here as nearly everywhere, is any way to filter by feature rather than by type, so finding a particular mechanic means scrolling.

The headline jackpot game carries a six-figure pot and the running totals are displayed across the lobby rather than tucked away on a promotions page, which is the honest way to do it: you can see what is actually in the pot before you buy a ticket rather than after.

Depositing and Withdrawing

The minimum deposit is £10, which is also what the welcome offer requires. Debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay are the main routes, and the operator states that around 99% of its withdrawals are processed instantly through the payment methods it offers.

That is a strong claim and a specific one, which is more than most sites will put in writing. It applies to processing at their end rather than to how long your bank takes, so a card payout can still sit for a day or two after the casino has released it.

Customer Support

Live chat and email. Chat is the faster of the two and the one to use for anything involving money. There is no phone line, which is normal for a bingo site of this size and still a shame, because a phone call settles an account question faster than any amount of typing.

The chat hosts in the bingo rooms are a separate thing from customer support and worth distinguishing. They keep the rooms civil and the games moving; they are not the people to ask about a withdrawal.

Review Summary

Four stars, unchanged, and the welcome offer is the reason it holds that score rather than slipping.

Forty spins is not a large number and £4 of stake is not a large amount. But no wagering and cash winnings is the rarest thing on the market, and it means a new player can actually walk away with what they win. Set that beside active bingo rooms, real jackpot figures, a published instant-withdrawal rate and a £10 entry point and the site does its job well.

It is held back by a thin loyalty programme, a 48 hour window on the spins, and a lobby that still cannot be filtered the way anyone who plays slots regularly would want. Good, not perfect, and the honest version of a bingo site rather than the flashiest.

Pros

  • No Wagering on Spins
  • Winnings Paid as Cash
  • Active Bingo Chat
  • Real Jackpot Figures
  • £10 Entry Point

Cons

  • Thin Loyalty Programme
  • Spins Expire in 48 Hours
  • No Feature Filters
