Bingo Loft calls itself The Loft, which is about as far as the theme goes. It is operated for British players by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited under Gambling Commission account number 58267, and owned by a company called Digital Rush, an arrangement common enough on this platform that the brand and the licence rarely belong to the same people.

Underneath the branding it is one of the larger lobbies in this family, and it has one genuinely odd feature that nothing else here offers.

Welcome offer

The terms as the site states them: new players only, minimum deposit £10, free spins at 25p each, winnings capped at £10 and paid to a games bonus, ten times games bonus wagering, five-day expiry.

The spin value is the good part. Twenty-five pence a spin is two and a half times the British norm of 10p, and several sites run them at 5p. A 25p spin reaches bonus features and meaningful wins far more often than a 10p one does, so the spins are a real sample rather than a token gesture.

Then the ceiling. Winnings cap at £10, and they arrive as a games bonus rather than cash, carrying ten times wagering. That is the legal maximum in Britain since 19 January 2026. So a good run on generous spins produces, at best, £10 of bonus funds you must turn over ten times before any of it is yours.

Worth putting that next to what the offer used to be. The older welcome here was £20 of bingo bonus at four times wagering plus 60 spins drip-fed 20 a day, and the spins then carried 35 times and a 25p-per-spin win cap. Thirty-five times is no longer lawful. The current offer is simpler and its wagering is a third of what it was; the win cap has gone up from £0.25 per spin to £10 overall. That is a better deal than it looks against the old headline.

Bingo and games

Over 1,000 games is the claim, and unusually for a site this size the number is doing real work: slots, scratch cards and table games from NetEnt, Playtech, Big Time Gaming and others sit alongside the bingo rather than being a thin afterthought.

The bingo runs 90-ball, 75-ball and speed bingo, with free bingo games in the schedule where you can win real money without spending any. On a site whose welcome offer is capped at £10, the free rooms may genuinely be the better use of an evening.

There are no live dealer games. For a bingo site that is a statement of what it is rather than a fault.

The site also advertises a spin-to-win between £5,000 and £500,000, which is a jackpot slot mechanic rather than a promotion of its own. As always, that jackpot belongs to the game and is pooled across every site running it, so it is not a reason to choose this one.

Telephone support, and why it is strange

You can phone them. Email too, but a telephone number is on the contact page, and almost nothing else in British online bingo still offers one.

I am not sure why this operator insists on offering the option, and I would be very interested to know how many people use it. It reminds me of the early days of online betting, when most companies had call centres and took payments over the phone.

It is easy to be snide about it, so here is the other side. A phone line is the one support channel that cannot leave you in an email chain with somebody who does not know which of the group's sites you are on, which is exactly the failure this platform's shared mailbox produces elsewhere. For anyone who finds live chat awkward, or who has a problem that needs explaining rather than typing, it is worth more than it appears.

Depositing and withdrawing

PayPal, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Our earlier review recorded fast cashouts here, which was unusual for this platform and is the kind of claim that ages badly, so treat it as a note from then rather than a promise now. Test it with a small first withdrawal.

Who it suits

Someone who wants a big mixed lobby rather than bingo alone, who will use the free bingo rooms, and who would rather pick up a phone than open a chat window.

It suits you less if the welcome offer is the draw, because £10 is the most it can ever return and it returns it as bonus funds.

Playing safely

Free bingo rooms cost nothing and pay real money, which makes them the safest thing on any site like this. A jackpot advertised at £500,000 is a number designed to be memorable, and your chance of it is unchanged by how memorable it is.

Every licensed British site provides deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and you can set them when you register rather than after something has gone wrong. If gambling has stopped being entertainment, GamCare runs a free confidential helpline on 0808 8020 133, and GAMSTOP will exclude you from every licensed British site at once.

Bingo Loft review summary

Three out of five, down from four, and the offer is the reason.

The site itself is good. Over 1,000 games from suppliers worth having, 90-ball, 75-ball and speed bingo, free bingo rooms paying real money, PayPal, and a telephone line almost nobody else bothers with, which matters more than it sounds on a platform whose shared email support regularly loses track of which site you are on.

The welcome offer is where it loses a point. Twenty-five pence a spin is genuinely generous, two and a half times the usual, and then the winnings cap at £10 and land in a games bonus needing ten times wagering, the most the law allows. Generous spins with the upside removed is a pattern across this whole operator, and this is one of the clearer examples of it.
