Bingo Games was, as far as we can tell, the first bingo site to use a .games domain, which is the sort of detail that stops being interesting the moment you try to withdraw something. It runs on the Jumpman Gaming platform under account number 39175 on the Gambling Commission's register, held by Jumpman Gaming Limited of Alderney.

It carries over 500 games and a bingo room alongside them, and it is one of eight sites in this review set owned by the same company that owns this website.

Ownership disclosure

Bingo Games is owned by Meteor Marketing Ltd, the company that also owns Bingo Paradise. We are not an independent observer of this site, we are its owner writing about it. The facts below are checked against the operator's own terms and the Gambling Commission register exactly as they are on every other review here, and the score is given on the same scale, but you should read the verdict knowing the connection.

Welcome offer

5 free spins on Aztec Gems, with no deposit required. You do have to add a valid debit card to your account to receive them, which is the platform's verification step rather than a charge: the card is checked, not debited.

Wagering is ten times, which is the maximum a British licence permits since 19 January 2026. The more important number is the conversion cap explained below: without a deposit, the most that can ever become real money is £50.

Read it as a free look at the site rather than a route to anything substantial, because that is what the terms make it.

The cap that decides what a bonus is worth

This is the term that matters most on this platform and it is not the wagering requirement.

Bonus funds can never be withdrawn directly. Once you have met the wagering, the maximum that converts into real, withdrawable money is equal to your lifetime deposits, up to £250. For anyone who has never deposited, the ceiling is £50.

The operator's own example makes it concrete: accumulate £400 of bonus funds, meet the wagering in full, and what converts is still limited by what you have put in. So a no-deposit offer here is playing for a maximum of £50 whatever the reels do, and a deposit offer is playing for at most what you have deposited in your lifetime with them.

Games and support

Over 500 titles when we last counted, with bingo rooms alongside the slots, which is more variety than the count suggests. The slot library is the platform's, shared with more than two hundred sister sites.

Support is live chat and email. Live chat arrived across this operator's UK sites in October 2024 and is opened from the FAQs page or the contact page. It is worth knowing where to find the chat before you need it, because the questions people need answered urgently are cashier questions and the button is not on the homepage.

Getting your money out

The banking policy is the same across this operator's sites and it is worth reading before you deposit.

Withdrawals are paid once a pending period has expired and then take one to five working days to reach your bank. Identification is required before your first withdrawal is processed, and your money stays pending while those documents are checked. If the documents are rejected, the withdrawal goes back into your balance within 48 hours, which is the part to watch: money returned to a gambling balance is money you can lose.

Deposits start at £10, you may hold up to three cards, and every payment method has to be in your own name. Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Paysafe, PayPal, Neteller and Skrill are accepted. Pay by Mobile carries a £2.50 transaction fee, so it is the expensive way in.

We have recorded a £2.50 withdrawal fee on this platform in the past. The current banking policy does not list one, and the only £2.50 in it applies to Pay by Mobile deposits. That is an improvement, and we would rather say so than leave an old complaint standing.

Two things the site does while you wait

Ask for a withdrawal here and the site does two things worth knowing about in advance.

The first is a pop-up: "You've got a pending withdrawal for £X, would you like to play with these funds instead of depositing?" It is offering to put money you have asked to be paid back into play. The Commission banned reverse withdrawals in October 2021, and while a prompt is not the same thing as a reversal, it is aimed at the same moment of weakness. If you asked for the money, the answer is no.

The second is in the terms: you will not receive a promotion while you have a pending withdrawal, and it will not be made available once the withdrawal has been processed either. In plain terms, asking to be paid costs you the offer you would otherwise have had.

The operator's record

On 17 May 2022 the Gambling Commission announced that Jumpman Gaming would pay £500,000 in lieu of a financial penalty, plus £13,594.30 towards the costs of the investigation, after failings in anti-money laundering and social responsibility.

Two findings are worth stating plainly. Customers were able to deposit and lose well in excess of the average UK income before any meaningful review took place, and continued to gamble at high velocity despite that level of spend. Separately, some customers who had opened accounts at more than one Jumpman brand were able to get around the operator's internal controls. With more than 230 sites on one licence, that second finding matters: the brands look independent and the account behind them is not.

The money went to the National Strategy to Reduce Gambling Harms, and the Commission took into account the steps the company had taken to put things right.

Bingo Games review summary

Bingo Games moves from four out of five to three, and the reasons are stated rather than felt. The conversion cap limits a no-deposit player to £50 however the spins land, asking for a withdrawal costs you any promotion you would have had, and the live chat that now exists is tucked away on the FAQs and contact pages rather than offered where you are playing.

What is good is real enough: spins before you pay anything, bingo and slots on one account, PayPal in the cashier, and wagering at the legal ceiling rather than above it.

It suits somebody who wants to try a bingo site for nothing and understands the ceiling on what that can return. It suits you less if you need to reach a human quickly, or want an offer that can become more than £50.
