Bingo Fling looks like it was designed by somebody who ran out of budget halfway down the page. The heart logo is fine. The clouds and light rays behind it are fine. Then you scroll, and the care stops quite abruptly. I wrote something close to that the first time I reviewed it and I have not changed my mind.

Get past the front page and there is considerably more here than the decoration suggests. The site runs on the Jumpman Gaming platform, licensed to Jumpman Gaming Limited under account 39175 in Alderney, which brings a large shared library and a bonus policy with one significant string attached.

Welcome offer

Deposit £10 and you spin the Mega Wheel, advertised as up to 500 free spins on Fluffy Favourites. The terms say plainly that the spins are won through the wheel rather than handed over for depositing, which is more honest than the headline on its own.

A wheel pays its biggest prize least often. That is not a criticism of this site so much as a description of how the mechanic works, and the way to judge it is to ask whether the smallest prize justifies the deposit by itself. Wagering is 10x on whatever you land.

Other promotions

A Daily Wheel gives a free spin every 24 hours, monthly cash giveaways award entries for wagering on a named game, and a Turbo Reel comes with larger qualifying deposits. The network's tournament series and its shared prize pool run here as well.

Bingo rooms, slots and jackpots

Both bingo and slots, with a jackpot selection that is the best part of the catalogue. Multiple payment options in the cashier, including PayPal.

An honest admission about my own taste, because it affects how you should read this. I have never got on with several of the most popular slots in the country, so a library built around the biggest titles was never going to thrill me. There is still enough range here to hold my interest, and if your taste is more mainstream than mine you will do better out of it than I did.

The cap that sizes the offer

The wagering requirement is ten times, at the legal maximum rather than above it. The conversion cap is the more consequential term.

Bonus funds convert to withdrawable money only up to your lifetime deposits, with £250 the absolute ceiling. The operator gives its own worked example of a player holding £400 in bonus funds who is still limited by what they have deposited.

The cashier

Shared across the network rather than set by this brand, so none of it is particular to this site.

You can fund from £10 by debit card, Maestro, Paysafe, PayPal, Neteller or Skrill, with a three-card limit and a requirement that every method is in your own name. Pay by Mobile works and adds £2.50 a go.

Going the other way takes longer: a pending period first, then one to five working days to the bank. Identification must be accepted before a first withdrawal moves, and documents that are refused return the money to your balance inside 48 hours. An old complaint of ours, a £2.50 withdrawal fee, has gone from the current terms.

The fee I complained about last time is worth revisiting, because it has gone. There is no longer a £2.50 withdrawal charge in the banking policy. Pay by Mobile deposits still carry £2.50, so the charge has shifted rather than vanished, but the version of it that annoyed me most is no longer there.

The cost of cashing out

Request a withdrawal and the site offers to let you play with it instead of making a fresh deposit. That prompt lands on people who have just decided to take their money and go. The Commission outlawed reverse withdrawals in October 2021, and while this is not one, it is built for the same moment.

The terms add a second cost: no promotions while a withdrawal is pending, and none granted once it has been processed.

What the regulator found

The Gambling Commission announced on 17 May 2022 that Jumpman Gaming would make a £500,000 payment in lieu of a financial penalty and pay £13,594.30 towards investigation costs, following failures in anti-money laundering and social responsibility.

The failings included customers losing sums far beyond the average UK income before anyone reviewed the account properly, and continuing to gamble at high velocity. The Commission also found that people holding accounts across several of the operator's brands had circumvented its controls.

Practical notes

Get your identification uploaded early. A first withdrawal cannot be processed until the documents are accepted, and rejected ones send the money back into a balance you can spend. Keep a screenshot of any offer you claim, since promotions here are not archived anywhere public. And remember the conversion cap ties the value of any bonus to your lifetime deposits, so the size of a headline tells you very little on its own.

Bingo Fling review summary

Three out of five, the same as before, with the reasons partly rewritten.

Of the three things I listed against it last time, one is fixed. The withdrawal fee has gone. The slow payouts remain, in the sense that a withdrawal waits out a pending period and then one to five working days, and there is still nothing here built for this site alone. The term that holds the score down is the conversion cap: a bonus becomes real money only as far as your lifetime deposits reach, to a ceiling of £250.

It suits a player who wants bingo and jackpot slots in one account and does not care what the homepage looks like. It suits you less if you are looking for something the network does not already offer twenty times over.
