I sat down to write this review on Wednesday night, but after forgetting my password and struggling to log in, I decided to contact customer support and enquire about recovering my details. In the interim, I joined several other sites for review purposes, emailed a sports book for personal reasons, and, in total, sent half a dozen emails. All of these received responses by Thursday afternoon, but I was still waiting for bet365. In the end, I received a reply late on Friday, two days after my email. That may not sound like a long time, and in the grand scheme of things, it’s not. But when compared to many other sites, it most definitely is. It’s worth noting that I have been a member for over 10 years, so this is not a case of them dismissing me for being a new player or prospective player. That certainly wouldn’t be acceptable if true, but it’s something that many sites do. When I was finally able to log in, I realised I had cash in my account, so I initiated a withdrawal. It took a day to process that payment, and as it was a debit card, I will likely be waiting another 3 days for it to clear. A week ago, I requested a payment on William Hill that was made through PayPal and appeared within seconds. Before that, I used PayPal on 32Red and got my money just as quickly. Even when I requested a debit card withdrawal on another popular site, the payment took 2 days to arrive but was processed instantly. Therein lies the real issue with bet365 Bingo. Yes, it has a lot of variety, some good bonuses, and some of the best games around. It’s also attached to a monster sportsbook that eclipses anything else on the market. But dominance has seemingly led to complacency. It’s slower, less responsive, and less consumer-friendly than other brands. I understand that it has a lot of customers to deal with and a lot of things to juggle, but that’s no excuse and it really needs to do better in these areas.
