The games are neatly ordered, with big thumbnails, lots of colour, and some interesting categories like Slots, Bingo, Table Games, and Jackpots. It could have used a few more categories, including options for specific features, but I have the same complaint about every other online casino I’ve reviewed.

All of the games on Peachy Games work using instant play technology and they are compatible with mobile and desktop platforms.

Peachy Games has hundreds of slots and numerous live casino games, the latter of which come from the Evolution Gaming catalogue. Most of these are live game show titles, but there are also live variations of classics like roulette and blackjack.

Customer Support

You can tell a lot about a company’s professionalism and customer care by how they respond to negative reviews and complaints. If they don’t respond at all, it’s a concern, as it suggests they don’t care or get so many negative comments that they don’t have time. If they respond in a professional manner, it’s a fantastic sign. If they respond with passive aggressiveness and the equivalent of “I know you are, I said you are, so what am I?” it’s a concern.

Unfortunately, Peachy Games seems to fall into the latter category.

Upon reading through their Trustpilot reviews, I found an instance where they highlighted a player’s past reviews, noted that they were all negative, reminded them that gambling should be fun, and suggested they take some time to “self-reflect”. In another, they stated that there was probably no reply that would be accepted by the reviewer, before advising them to take responsible gambling advice.

Look, I get that casino reviewers can be aggressive and even unfair. They say that everything is rigged and they can get very insulting. But the replies are not there for them, they are there for everyone else. I want to see how a casino deals with a genuine complaint/concern, and if all I see is passive-aggressive replies that incite anger, it turns me off.

I’m not going to score the casino down for this, as it could just be my personal opinion. You might think differently. But if you ask me, they need a lot of improvement in this area.

Verdict: Peachy Games Review

Peachy Games is good, but not great. It has a lot to offer but falls short in some key areas. The customer support thing is an issue for me, but it might not be a problem for other players. The simplistic aesthetic is more of a problem and means the casino lacks depth and originality. As a result, I can’t score it as highly as the likes of Wink Slots and Foxy Bingo, but there’s still enough to make things interesting.
