Winners Magic is an online casino owned by Reward Group ApS, the same team behind JackieJackpot. I had some issues with that sister site. I gave it a middling score in the end, but there were several issues that really shouldn’t have been there. So, does Winners Magic remedy these issues and create a better version of what could have been a great site, or does it copy them like for like and create something that’s basically the same?
Let’s find out…
Welcome Bonus
The Winners Magic welcome bonus advertises a 100% matched deposit offer with 25 free spins. However, the minimum deposit amount is just £10, and there is a cap of £25, so you can only claim a bonus of up to £25. It’s not great, and it will be disappointing for high rollers and even medium-stake players, but if you’re a casual player who typically deposits around this amount anyway, it’s not going to matter much.
The wagering requirement is very accessible at 35x, which means that you must wager £700 for a £20 bonus and £875 for a £25 bonus. It seems like a lot in that context, but it’s worth noting that many wagering requirements on other casinos are fixed at a minimum of 50x, with some going as high as 75x.
The win cap is disappointing, though. Fixed at £100, it means you can’t win more than this amount with either your bonus credits or free spins. Anything above this amount will become invalid.

Loyalty Promotions
Winners Magic has an excellent loyalty program that’s open to all players. As soon as you join the site, you will be added as a “New Member”. From there, you can progress through 6 other levels, eventually making it to the Prestige level. There are scores of bonuses and perks to collect on the way, including lots of free spin offers.
There are a few other reload promotions, network events, and free spins available as well. I may have a few issues with this site (see below), but this is definitely not one of them.
Table Games and Slots
Unfortunately, many of the issues that I had with JackieJackpot, the sister site of Winners Magic, are also present here. The layout, navigation, and even the general speed of the site all need work.
Every link click is followed by a delay. It’s short, but it’s there, and it makes for a very frustrating experience. And I’m not just talking about the games room links—I mean all of them. It would be understandable for the games room, as there are a lot of games, and they’re all presented in a huge, never-ending scrolling list of thumbnails.
Therein lies my second issue with the layout. It’s good when a casino has hundreds of slots, and Winners Magic doesn’t disappoint in that area. But the only options for filtering them are generic categories like “New” and “Slots”. Where are the themes or features? Why can’t I search by mechanics like Cascading Reels? Winners Magic is far from the only site that does this, but most of the others list more than just a couple of categories, and it’s much easier to find the specific slots or slot features that you’re looking for.
Finally, some of the sections are really poorly thought out. At the bottom of the games room, there are three text blocks: one in the middle advertises the number of games and uses brown text on a white background, which looks okay. On either side of this, however, the same brown text is used on a brown background, so you can’t actually see it!
Hopefully, it’s a temporary thing that will be fixed, but it shouldn’t be there to begin with and is a shocking mistake from a site that demands your trust and money.
The gaming selection is good, though, and there are over 900 titles to peruse, including progressive jackpot slots from Blueprint Gaming. I feel like I have to mention this as the gaming selection is solid, and they are all reputable, verified titles. They are just very poorly presented.
Verdict: Winners Magic Review
I really don’t know what happened with the website on Winners Magic. It makes some glaring design errors that are unforgivable for a big online casino from an established brand. The slow speeds are annoying, but the invisible text on the same-coloured background is unforgivable.
There are lots of positives, though. I really like the loyalty program and there are some good reload offers and free spins thrown in. The welcome bonus is on the small side, which makes it weird that the minimum deposit amount is so close to the maximum bonus amount, but many casual players will be happy with this.
All in all, it’s an okay casino, but without some big fixes on the site and better categorisation on the gaming page, it will never get near full marks from me.
