I have been a 32Red member for many years and have had mostly positive experiences with the brand. It’s a casino that excels where others fail and one that should always be at or near the top of your list. So, what makes 32Red Casino so special, and why have I devoted so much page space to praising the brand in the past?

Welcome Offer

The welcome bonus is structured as a 150% first deposit boost, and there is a cap of £150. It essentially means that every £10 you deposit will generate £15 in bonus credits, and if you deposit £100 or more, you’ll get the full £150. However, only debit card deposits qualify, so while the site does accept PayPal and other payment methods, it’s probably best to give them a miss for your first deposit.

This bonus uses what it describes as a Fair Play bonus system. In place of withdrawal restrictions, it uses reduced bet sizes and other wagering restrictions, and these are only lifted when the playthrough period has ended.

A percentage of your real money balance is added to a percentage of your bonus balance when placing a wager. If that wager wins, both your real money balance and bonus balance will be credited accordingly. Should you decide to leave at any point, you can take all of that cash balance with you, although doing so will void the bonus balance.

It sounds complicated, but it’s not that much different from standard bonus terms. Ultimately, you have a 50x wagering requirement to meet and can’t withdraw bonus funds until you have done so. Check the full terms and conditions if you need more information.

Loyalty Bonuses

The My Red Rewards program gives loyal players tailored promotions and ensures they have every incentive to keep logging in. To see what’s available, just log in during any given day, check the offer, and then opt-in. These offers usually have some kind of deposit requirement and they also follow the same Fair Play format as the welcome bonus. 

Other rewards, offers, and promotions are available. 32Red Casino is not shy when it comes to giving away free spins, for instance. Free spin offers are often used to promote new slot releases and to celebrate certain holidays and seasons. They also encourage players to sign in and play during specific days or at specific times. 

Games Available at 32Red

In the past, 32Red Casino was a Microgaming-only site. They were the sort of sites that dominated the iGaming sector 10 or so years ago. You only had around 500 games to choose from and they were pretty much the same across all UK casinos.

Thankfully, that’s no longer the case. 32Red Casino still works with Microgaming and the developer continues to provide the bulk of its games. The games are not messily arranged, which is one of my pet peeves. You can choose from categories like “Exclusive”, “Jackpot”, “Megaways”, and “243 Ways to Win”, among others.

Depositing and Withdrawing

Debit cards, PayPal, Paysafecard, and bank transfers are all available at 32Red Casino. The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is just £10 and there are no fees. Most withdrawals are processed instantly, but you may need to wait a little longer if you use a debit card or bank transfer.

As noted above, 32Red Casino includes some bonus restrictions for players using web wallets like PayPal. You can still use this method to deposit and withdraw on the site, but using it for your first deposit or at specific times may exclude you from key offers. Always check the terms and conditions before you deposit and remember that if you use a debit card to deposit, you’ll need to use the same method to withdraw those funds.

In a previous review of the now-defunct 32Red Bingo, I spoke about my positive experiences with the site. I’ve also held this brand in the highest esteem regarding customer service, noting how it excels where others fail.

It has been a few years since those experiences, but I stand by those comments. 32Red have been nothing but brilliant every time I have contacted them. These are still my experiences and you could always end up with someone less helpful, but I can only judge based on what I’ve seen.

32Red Review Summary 

I have the greatest respect for 32Red and think that other operators could learn a lot from these guys. The site is clean and very user-friendly. The customer support is excellent, and there are also plenty of bonuses.

Bingo isn’t available anymore, but there’s a sportsbook in addition to the casino, and you can use winnings from one to wager on the other.

It’s a complete site. It has a lot to offer. And for that reason, it gets the full five out of five from me.
