Bingo Paradise Rating

*32 Red Bingo has now closed, and the brand no longer offers Bingo on their site. This review will be left for historical purposes, and will not be updated.*

32Red is part of the massive Kindred Group, a global iGaming powerhouse that is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, generates over £750 million in annual revenue, and has offices in the United Kingdom, Sweden, Gibraltar, and Australia.

It’s the same group behind Unibet, which will be abundantly clear to anyone who has used this popular sportsbook, as 32Red utilizes the same software and layout. The Kindred Group also owns the now-defunct Stan James and has a growing share in the European gaming market.

32Red, in my opinion, is the jewel in Kindred’s crown. It’s a site that often plays second fiddle to its larger and better-known sibling, but one that I’ve always had a personal preference for.

In this review, I’ll take a closer look at 32Red Slingo. The actual bingo part of the site closed in October 2020, taking many bingo games with it. Only Slingo titles remain and I will be judging the site based on those titles alone (it’s only fair!)

The 32Red layout will be familiar to anyone who has played at Unibet and other related casinos.

Welcome Offer

When 32Red Bingo was still active, players were able to collect a £5 no deposit bonus and use the funds to explore the site’s many games (most of which have now disappeared). This was joined by a £32 Welcome Bonus, which provided higher stake players with more options and funds.

At the time of writing, there isn’t much available for new players, and nothing that is exclusive to 32Red Slingo. The only thing resembling a Welcome Offer are the 10 Free Games promotion and 100% Profit Boost available on 32Red Sports, if this doesn’t appeal to you we suggest you try our free spins that new players can enjoy page.

The former gives you 10 games on Jurassic Park when you wager £10 (and has been active since 2017) and the latter boosts your projected bet return by 100%. A 32Red Sports account will still give you access to the Slingo games and the casino, so it’s still a worthwhile bonus for bingo and slot fans.

Experiences with Support

I first joined 32Red about 5 years ago. I have joined hundreds of sites over the years and the vast majority of those were for review purposes. 32Red is one of the few that I joined for personal reasons, with those personal reasons being a huge Welcome Offer and an upcoming Snooker tournament.

The first thing I did was completely ignore all bonus terms and discover that I had missed my opportunity to collect.

We’ve all been there, and it’s not a nice place to be. Your deposit is still there and you still have the site and all its great games and betting markets at your disposal, but you can’t help but feel like you’ve lost out. You went there for a bonus; you didn’t get one—what’s the point?

I contacted the Live Chat team and quickly prepared a plan of attack in my head. As any experienced gambler can attest, customer support is rarely this industry’s strong suit, so I was ready for war.

I was even armed with, “I am a shareholder and I am very disappointed in this level of service!”.

I’m sure they would have been shaking in their boots at the mere thought of losing my £150 share of this multi-million-pound company.

As it happens, none of that was needed. The Live Chat team was brilliant and my experience trumped any customer support experience that has happened before or since.

Not only did they apologise (for my mistake) and give me the bonus, but they added a little extra as a goodwill gesture.

I’ve since spoken with the support team several other times and on every occasion, they have been nothing but helpful.

The online gambling industry could learn a lot from these guys, and if you want to stick with a site that actually cares about your experience (shareholder or not) I recommend signing up.

Slots and Bingo Rooms

Although the 32Red sportsbook is one of the best out there, the bingo side of things is a little disappointing. There are just a few dozen games at the time of writing, which pales in comparison to the likes of Foxy Bingo and 888Ladies.

All of these titles are Slingo games, which essentially combines elements of slots and bingo. If you’re looking for player-packed bingo rooms that feature a constant stream of games and progressive jackpots, 32Red Bingo is not for you. If you’re looking for a few quick and automatic games, it definitely is.

The games include:

  • Slingo Lightning
  • Slingo Deal or No Deal
  • Slingo Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?
  • Slingo Monopoly
  • Slingo Fortunes

On the plus side, 32Red has plenty of slots, table games, and other titles for you to explore. These are always just a click away, and you’ll find tabs pointing to Slots, Live Casino, Roulette, Blackjack, and Sports Betting.

Depositing and Withdrawing

I made a withdrawal on 32Red just 2 days before writing this review, and within seconds of getting the withdrawal confirmation email, I received another email from PayPal stating that the money was in my account.

If only all bingo sites acted that quickly!

32Red accepts a number of payment options (see screenshot below, taken from the Deposit page) and processes most of these with the same speed and fluidity. Of course, you will need to wait a little longer if you’re using debit cards, but if you stick with web wallets then payments are instant.

Take your pick from a number of deposit options.

Bingo Review Summary

I feel guilty giving 32Red Bingo 3 out of 5 stars. I have joined more sites than I can count over the years and have been gaming online since the early 2000s. 32Red is one of just a few sites that has stuck with me and one that I return to on a regular basis.

But I’m not here to review the sportsbook or the casino. It’s all about 32Red Bingo/Slingo, and unfortunately, that aspect of the site is incredibly disappointing. There aren’t enough games, everything is Slingo, and the bonuses are mediocre at best.

I know that 32Red Bingo technically doesn’t exist anymore. I know that there used to be some good games and great variety here, but I’m not here to review “the good old days” (and to be honest, as I never ventured onto the bingo section in the past, I wouldn’t even know where to begin). I’m reviewing its value as bingo site right now, and there just isn’t much to get excited about.

If bingo is more of an occasional hobby and you spend a lot of time betting on sports and playing casino games, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough, but where bingo is concerned…it isn’t strong enough to stand on its own.
