In the early days of SEO—a wild west of hidden keywords and endless spam—the domain alone would have been enough to propel the site to the top of the rankings. These days, you need a lot more, and thankfully, Bingo.com ticks every other box as well.

It’s owned by the massive Kindred Group, an iGaming giant that also owns 32Red, Unibet, and many other sites you know and love. As if that wasn’t enough, it has scores of bingo rooms, works with the best slot and table game developers, and even adds a live casino to the mix. Throw in a few bingo and slot promotions and you have a winning recipe, right?

Perhaps, but there’s more to creating a top gambling site than ticking boxes. So, let’s take a closer look at Bingo.com and see how it compares to the sites at the top of our rankings, including Foxy Bingo and Mecca Bingo.

Promotions and Bonuses

Bingo.com offers a modest welcome bonus that invites players to deposit £10 and play with £30. £20 of that amount comes in the form of bonus credits and can be used to play a host of casino games. There is a 7-day time period to use the funds and a 40x wagering requirement must be met before anything can be withdrawn.

In addition to these credits, you’ll also get access to a Beginner’s Bingo Room for 14 days. It’s a great way to play some bingo games for free, giving you a feel for the site, its games, and its community while also offering some modest prizes.

Some loyalty bonuses are available, but these are limited. There is a refer-a-friend bonus, some occasional giveaways, and jackpots. Payment Options

At a time when other casinos and bingo sites are embracing Faster Payments and processing withdrawals in a matter of minutes, Bingo.com is still lagging behind and has a slow pending period. You might get your funds quickly once they have been processed, but that processing could take up to 48 hours.

It’s not great, to say the least. It’s not even on par with other Kindred Group sites, as they’re all quicker.

Some of my best customer support experiences have been on Kindred Group sites, including 32Red, which I have praised many times in the past. It’s much the same story with Bingo.com. I only had a couple of encounters with the site’s support team, but they were just as helpful. 

The customer support team is on hand 24/7 to deal with whatever issue you have. They can be contacted by email, phone, or live chat. I would recommend the latter, as it usually delivers the quickest response for the least amount of hassle.

Verdict: Bingo.com Review

Bingo.com is a big site from a big operator with an even bigger domain. It has the potential to be one of the best bingo and slot sites in the world, and it gets pretty close, but it falls a little short of greatness. There just aren’t enough bonuses on offer here. I was expecting much more, and I’m sure that many players will have the same reaction when they first join and visit what is a very disappointing promotions page.

It ticks most other boxes though, and if you’ve had good experiences with Kindred Group sites in the past, you’ll definitely enjoy yourself at Bingo.com.
