As I write this review, I am binge-watching Death in Paradise, drinking a colourful cocktail, and sweating. It’s the perfect time for a tropical casino review!
Okay, so the “cocktail” is just Vimto, the sweat is because I have the thermostat too high, and it’s blowing a gale outside, but it’s the closest I’m going to get to a tropical experience in the COVID-riddled English winter.
Furthermore, Barbados Bingo is just as much of a tropical paradise as my office is right now. It’s basically a colourful logo and a tropical-themed name slapped on a bland backdrop with a stock image of a blue sky.
I know that online casinos don’t have the best reputation or the most imagination when it comes to developing themes, but I was expecting something a little…more.
Still, if we ignore the theme and focus on the basics, there’s a lot to like here.
Barbados Bingo is part of the Jumpman Gaming network and operates under license from the UK Gambling Commission. It has all of the games and bonuses you’re familiar with and offers a big Welcome Bonus to all new players, including those with active accounts at other Jumpman sites.
Welcome Offer and Other Promotions
Sign up for a new account with Barbados Bingo, make a deposit of at least £10, and you’ll be given a free spin of the Mega Wheel.
This prize reel contains segments such as:
- 10 Free Spins on Irish Luck
- 50 Free Spins on Irish Luck
- 50 Free Spins on Fluffy Favourites
- 500 Free Spins on Fluffy Favourites
- Spin Again
- £10 Amazon Voucher
Wins are not guaranteed, as there is also a section for “nothing”. Most players land a prize with this bonus, but if Lady Luck is not on your side, you could leave with nothing.
Free Spins are subject to max payouts of £8 per batch of 10 and you must wager your winnings 65x before they can be withdrawn (max conversion rates also apply). Amazon vouchers are sent to your registered email address.
If you don’t get what you want first time, just keep depositing and playing, as you can earn additional shots at the Bonus Wheel through the site’s Loyalty Bonus. It tasks you with completing challenges to collect trophies and earn prizes. As you advance, you’ll earn extra Bonus Wheel spins.
Slots and Bingo Rooms
Although Barbados Bingo advertises itself as a bingo site, it targets slot fans just as much. There are hundreds of these games from multiple well-known creators, including NetEnt, Microgaming, Blueprint Gaming, and Barcrest (SG). All games are mobile-friendly and they span numerous mechanics and features, including progressive jackpots and Megaways.
The bingo games are the same ones found across the Jumpman network and include variants of 30-ball, 75-ball, 80-ball, and 90-ball. Although Barbados Bingo is a small site, the fact that it’s connected to a large network means these games are usually full and there are lots of big prizes to secure.
At the time of writing, for instance, there are multiple games with over £2,000 in the prize pool.
All bingo games have chat rooms and there is enough variance to keep things interesting even if you’re playing every day.
Depositing and Withdrawing
There is one term that annoys me more than any other on Barbados Bingo:
“All withdrawals are subject to a £2.50 transaction fee. For example, if you withdraw £100 you will receive £97.50.”
It really shouldn’t exist on a casino/bingo site in 2022. It’s a massive issue for small stake players and could mean using 25% of your withdrawal amount.
Withdrawals are also a little slow here as there is a pending period of up to three days.
Barbados Bingo Review Summary
Barbados Bingo is a solid but flawed gambling domain. The theme is a little simplistic and uninspiring and while the games and bonuses are good, it’s just more of the same from a brand we’re all very familiar with.
Everything is also a little too slow and unnecessary at times, from the slow customer support to the withdrawal charges and prolonged pending periods.
I still feel like it deserves a 3/5, as I would still play here and I’m sure many others would. The aesthetic, though flat, isn’t much of a problem when you get inside the site. The fee is annoying but gets less annoying the more that you wager and withdraw. And while the pending period drags on a little, the same could be said for many other online casinos and bingo rooms.
The bonuses make up for a lot of the site’s shortcomings, and it’s always good to have such a varied selection of bingo rooms and games to choose from.

Barbados Bingo FAQ
How Do I Contact Barbados Bingo?
You can email their support team at:[email protected]
Does Barbados Bingo Have Slots?
Barbados Bingo is more of a slot site than a bingo site, regardless of what the name says. It uses the same setup found on all of its sister sites.
What is the Maximum Bonus Payout?
Most of the bonuses on Barbados Bingo have max payouts of £8 per 10 spins, as well as max conversions equal to your lifetime deposits. This means that if you have only deposited £50 and have £500 in your bonus account after meeting the wagering requirements, you’ll lose £450.
How Fast Are Withdrawals?
It should take between 3 and 7 days to get your winnings at Barbados Bingo. It all depends on the method chosen and whether you are verified or not.
