Casper Games promises the “spookiest slot games…in this life or the next”. The idea that graveyards are full of forlorn spectres playing Gonzo’s Quest is hilarious, and for that image alone Casper Games deserves a 5 of 5.
Speaking of ghosts, and before I get into the meat of this review, I think Casper Games missed a trick with its mascot. You’d expect to find a cute little ghost called Casper serving as the site’s spokesphantom, but instead you just get two generic spirits wearing a perpetual look of surprise.
The operators, Jumpman Gaming, have created several other sites with names that hint at classic animated films, including Aladdin Slots. Those sites, just like this one, are licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and Alderney Gambling Control Commission and provide a safe and secure gambling destination for players in the United Kingdom.
Welcome Offer
Many of Jumpman Gaming’s Welcome Bonuses require you to open a chest and uncover a host of prizes, including spins and Amazon vouchers. Casper Games goes down the same route, this time with a “Ghostly Chest” offering up to 500 Spins on Starburst.
Any winnings accumulated from Bonus Spins are subject to a wagering requirement of 65x and there is a total max payout of £250.

Once you deposit £10 or more, a pop-up will appear prompting you to open your Ghostly Chest. Make sure you don’t close this as it may not reappear.
Promotions
Casper Games promotions are basically a carbon copy of other Jumpman Slots casinos, but they are some of the best in the business, so who cares?
You’ll get a bundle of Bonus Spins on your birthday and as part of many different monthly promotions. It also has the usual trophy system, whereby you’re given a series of trophies when you complete challenges and can convert these into rewards.
Many of these come and go and are related to specific seasons and holidays, but the Birthday Bonus and Winner Winner Chicken Dinner tend to stay for the long haul.
The latter of these promotions gives the biggest monthly winner a £50 Just Eat bonus.
It’s an unusual bonus and if you ask me. It’s also pointless. I’m all for extra bonuses, especially when they have something unique to offer, but the voucher often goes to the richest players and likely won’t mean much to them.
In fact, since the promotion began, the smallest winner claimed £14,776 on Dr. Reactive Mega Drop while the biggest won £50,000. Players who win that amount of money are usually betting with a lot to begin with, and if you’re staking big money on each spin and have just won £50,000, would you really care if a £50 voucher landed in your inbox?
Probably not.
On the plus side, there are lots of other offers available and these usually make more sense. The site will update you regarding any relevant offers, but you should also drop by the Promotions page every now and then.
Slots and Bingo Rooms
Casper Games hosts games from Microgaming, NetEnt, and Blueprint Gaming and includes titles such as Wild West Golds, The Goonies, The Bounty, Ted, and Starburst. Wild Gambler is also here, which is always good to see.
Seriously, if you haven’t played it, give it a go. Just don’t get too excited with the wilds (like I did) and lose your balance in three spins. It’s one of the best slots for winning huge sums in a short space of time, but it can also turn very ugly very quickly.
I would have liked to see more filter/category options, as it can be a pain to browse through the endless selection and the “Hot Slots”, “Newest”, and “Jackpot” categories don’t always have what I’m looking for.
Even just a “Search by Provider” option would have helped.
The bingo rooms add a little more variety and there are few of these to peruse, including The Jackpot Room, Boombox, and My Bingo Hall.
Customer Support
UK casinos and bingo sites usually offer either Live Chat or phone support. Both are fast and secure and you can generally get an answer in just a few minutes. Casper Games offers neither and funnels players through an FAQ before directing them to send an email.
You will only need to contact customer support on rare occasions, but it’s good to know that you can get a quick reply when you need it. With Casper Games, that reply could take a couple of days to arrive.
Depositing and Withdrawing
Casper Games is a little disappointing in the payments department.
The good news is that it offers a decent selection of payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, Paysafecard, and PayPal.
The bad news is that all withdrawals take 3 days to process and there is a transaction fee of £2.50 applied to all of them. If you withdraw £20, you will only receive £17.50. The less you withdraw, the more of an impact this will have.
A little slow, a little expensive, and very frustrating for a site that gets so many other things right!
Verifications are usually processed quickly, which is a plus, but this only applies during business hours and when documents are sent promptly.
Casper Games Review Summary
You can’t go wrong with Jumpman Gaming casinos, especially the ones that offer no deposit free spins. They always have a good selection of bonuses and the sites are usually well-designed and easy to navigate. They can be a little hit and miss when it comes to the gaming selection, but Casper Games is definitely one of the better ones in that regard.
The customer support options, and the speed at which emails are processed, are a little disappointing, but the biggest issue here are the slow withdrawals and the withdrawal fee. In an industry where fast and free withdrawals are the norm, why is Casper Games charging £2.50 and taking an eternity?
These issues are enough to reduce the score from what would have been a respectable 4.5 to an above-average 3. It’s still a great site with a lot to offer. I will definitely return if only to collect some more bonuses and play some jackpot slots, but because of those issues, it’s not going to trump sites like Foxy Games or William Hill anytime soon.
